Last 9th and 10th October 2012, the Reinpo Retail Project organized the 4th Steering Committee in Brussels.
The working sessions took place in the facilities of the High Council of the Spanish Chambers of Commerce in Brussels, at the same time that the OPEN DAYS: European Week for Regions and Cities was being organized in the Committee of the Regions.
During the meeting, the final version of the Virtual Platform was presented, which counts already with more than 60 Innovative agents from the countries involved in the project: France, Greece, Italy, Slovenia and Spain, as well as the final version of the Good Practice Guide in Retail and a SWOT analysis of the retail sector in Mediterranean European countries.
The Chambers of Commerce involved in the project (Castellón, Andalucía, Naples, Lyon, Heraklion and Drama), presented the final results of their pilot projects and of the innovation workshops organized locally for SMES.
Finally, the project visited the OPEN DAYS in the CoR, visiting different exhibitions and, in particular, the results of more than 200 Interreg IVC projects, getting to know more than 2.500 good practice deriving from them.
Last September 21st 2012, the Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce participated and presented, among others, the REINPO RETAIL project in the 1st European Territorial Cooperation Day in Andalucía.

Last 25th – 27th September 2012, the Chamber of Commerce of Castellón organized a workshop addressed at SMEs to promote traditional business of the province of Castellón, as well as strategic, commercial and technological innovation with the aim to overcome with success the difficult current situation of the market and to provide them with the necessary tools before consumers.
The 2nd edition of the workshop was organized in Onda from 5th to 7th November 2012.
